Why Employers Should Attend Maryland Fairs—You Get Results! Employers report that students are interested, well-prepared, and the traffic volume is high. Typically, 2,500 - 3,500 students attend a Maryland Fall or Spring Career fair. This is a great way to connect with a lot of students in one day!
