Login to your Careers4Terps account. If you do not currently have an account, create one at:

Once you are logged-in,
Click the “Events” tab on the bar at the top of the screen.
Click “Internship and Part-Time Job Fair 2008.”
Click “Register” and follow the instructions.

Registrations are allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Your registration is not considered complete until your invoice has been paid AND a confirmation letter has been sent to you by the University Career Center.

On-Campus Departments:
$75.00 for up to two representatives ($100.00 after August 15)

Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice. If payment is still not received by August 29th, your registration will be cancelled.


Deadline and Cancellation Policy
Early Bird Registration Deadline: August 15, 2008 at 5:00 pm (EST)

Registration Deadline: August 27, 2008 at 5:00 pm (EST)

After the deadline, if you would like to be added to the wait list, you can submit your information online, but organizations MUST pay with accepted credit cards.

Credit cards will not be processed until space is available for your organization. Waitlisted employers will be contacted between August 28, 2008 and September 4, 2008 if space is available.


Cancellation deadline: August 29, 2008 at 5:00 pm (EST).
Cancellations must be written and sent by e-mail to , Internship Coordinator. Fees will not be refunded after August 29, 2008. Registered organizations that have not paid by this date will be contacted directly to ask if they will cancel.


Federal Work Study Employers
You must be an authorized Federal Work-Study employer for the 2008/2009 Academic Year (as authorized by the Office of Student Financial Aid) to recruit or employ Federal Work-Study students. Contact 301.314.1338 or 301.314.5302 in the Office of Student Financial Aid with questions about your status.

Parking
Fair parking is available at the Union Lane Garage for confirmed participants only.

With your registration confirmation, you will receive a document to put in the dashboard of your car.

Overflow parking is available at the Stadium Garage.

Employers who arrive after the start of the fair will receive a spitter ticket. Bring it to the Employer Registration desk for validation.

Parking in spaces not designated for the fair will result in a traffic citation. It is the employer’s responsibility to pay for all parking tickets. WARNING: Fines are expensive on the campus. Parking fines

Shipping
Do not ship materials. The University Career Center is not responsible for any materials shipped to either the Center or the Stamp Student Union.
