Careers4Terps (C4T) is your online career management system. Careers4Terps provides students and alumni access to a variety of opportunities, including on- and off-campus part-time jobs, internships and full-time positions.

Student Registration Policies:
By registering, you agree that the information provided in your Careers4Terps profile is accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, your work authorization, class year, graduation date and GPA. Dishonesty may result in being blocked from the system and possible Code of Student Conduct violation.
By registering, you also give permission to have your resume and other documents searched by approved employers in resume books and viewed by the University Career Center & The President’s Promise staff members.
Job Search Safety Tips:
In your job search, both on Careers4Terps and on other sites, remember that you SHOULD NOT disclose social security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers to unknown employers. Also, never spend any of your own money to obtain a position unless you are certain it is for a legitimate reason. If you need guidance, you can always contact the University Career Center for advice.
If an employer ever asks you for any of this information, or if you suspect an employer of running a scam, contact the Center at email@example.com immediately and provide the employer name and job title of the posting in Careers4Terps.

Engineering students: Register with the A. James Clark School of Engineering Engineering Co-op and Career Services Office to use the Careers4Engineers system.
Business students: The Office of Career Services within the Robert H. Smith School of Business hosts the HireSmith database, exclusively for business students.
Public Policy students: Visit the School of Public Policy's Office of Career Services for access to the UMD Policy Jobs system.
