Schedule a Career Assistance Appointment

Staff help currently enrolled University of Maryland (College Park) undergraduate and graduate students, and plan solutions for career-related concerns while identifying appropriate Center resources, programs, and services.

During these appointments you can learn how to:

 
  • Identify and explore educational/career interests
  • Search for internships/jobs
  • Make career decisions
  • Network and conduct informational interviews
  • Write effective resumes and cover letters
  • Prepare for interviews
  • Use social media tools in job searches
  • Use online career tools
  • Apply to graduate school

For currently enrolled students and alumni who graduated within the past year (after May 2013)

Make an appointment by calling the Front Desk at 301.314.7225 during the day, Monday through Friday     Hours


For alumni who graduated more than a year ago. a brief appointment to consult and/or direct you to services can be scheduled.  Availability is limited.
