about University Career Center services and finding resources on career
planning,
gaining
experience,
applying to graduate/professional school, and job hunting.
You
can find career information through books, videos, computer-assisted
career exploration, part-time, full-time, and internship job listings,
Internet searching, and lots more!

times for 25 minute sessions to answer
quick questions, critique your resume
or cover letter, and help you find an
internship, decide
on a major and/or career, and explore
career and employment options. Call us

at 9:00 am to reserve
a time slot for the same day only.

available for students currently enrolled at the
College Park campus only
or alumni of the University of Maryland,
College Park.
Nuts and Bolts
The Resource Room is open to students and alums from
the University of Maryland, College Park, students
at other campuses, and the
public. Only currently enrolled students
of the University of Maryland, College Park campus
and alumni of the University of
Maryland, College Park are eligible for Career Assistance
appointments.
The
materials—except for University Career Center publications, handouts
and take-away
employer brochures—are reference only.
A photocopy machine
is available. The charge is ten cents per page. Bring cash.
The library copy cards cannot be used in the machine. Change is provided
for up to $5.00.
